Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 3, 2018, PBF Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company's financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018, which include the operating results of its consolidated indirect subsidiaries, PBF Energy Company LLC and PBF Holding Company LLC. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
