Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On April 30, 2019, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. As previously announced, the Company announced that it will hold a conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
