In the Press Release, Brinker International, Inc. announced that Tom Edwards, 50, has been named as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 16, 2015. Mr. Edwards was previously with Wyndham Worldwide in several roles since April 2007, including as Chief Financial Officer of the Wyndham Hotel Group for Wyndham Worldwide from March 2013 to March 2015, and as Executive Vice President and Treasurer for Wyndham Worldwide from December 2009 to March 2013.

Marie Perry will resume her role as Senior Vice President, Controller and Treasurer.
