At its August 18, 2016 meeting, the Board of Director's of Brinker International, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share on the common stock of the Company. The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 9, 2016.
