On July 2, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release to announce that Henry D. Edelman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Nancy E. Corsiglia, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, had amended existing prearranged trading plans in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10b5-1 and the Registrant’s policy on securities trades by company personnel.  A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
