Events
On May 5,
2008, we issued a press release stating that the American Stock Exchange has
reviewed the Plan submitted on April 16, 2008 and based on the Plan, the AMEX
has determined that we make a reasonable demonstration of our ability to regain
compliance with the continued listing standards. Based upon this
information, the AMEX has accepted the Plan, noted that we continue to be
non-compliant with the continued listing standards, but will continue our
listing subject to conditions and an additional extension.
