        (b), (c) On February 20, 2007, James M. Brostowitz announced his intention to retire in the Spring of 2007 from his position as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc. (the “Company”). Upon Mr. Brostowitz’s retirement, Thomas E. Bergmann, who is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will also serve as the Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Bergmann joined the Company in March 2006. The Company disclosed Mr. Bergmann’s background in the Current Report on Form 8-K that the Company filed March 6, 2006 to report his election, and that background is incorporated in this report by reference.
