On October 10, 2018, Kosmos Energy Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing preliminary operational and financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the news release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
