Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 7, 2005, VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the implementation of its flagship clinical information system at Southwest Regional Rehabilitation Center of Battle Creek, Michigan has now been completed. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
