ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 10, 2005, Flagstar Bancorp, Inc issued a press release
announcing information regarding its operational statistics for the month ended
December 31, 2004 and updated earnings guidance for the fourth quarter and full
year 2004. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this
report.
