     Robert P. Peebler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Input/Output, Inc. (the “Company”), and R. Brian Hanson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will present at the Bear Stearns Global Oil & Gas Conference in New York City, New York, on Wednesday, March 14, commencing at approximately 12:10 p.m. Eastern Time.
