Located within an industrial concentration zone in a county of Ningde City, Fujian Province, the park hosts industries such as food manufacturing, agricultural and sideline food processing, production of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and refined tea, as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing. These industries are characterized by low energy consumption, low pollution emissions, and high operational intensity. The sewage treatment plant serving this area has a total designed treatment capacity of 2,000 tons per day, implemented in two phases: Phase I with a capacity of 700 tons per day and Phase II with a capacity of 1,300 tons per day. The land area allocated for Phase I is 3,179.19 square meters, with a total construction footprint of 647.48 square meters and a gross floor area of 193.58 square meters.
