Earlier in his career, Mr. Slade founded and led KeyMic Inc. This consulting firm provided financial management services to health care organizations. His leadership extended across several respected institutions, including Hospital Corporation of America, the Psychiatric Institutes of America, Howard University Hospital, Sheppard Pratt Hospital and Mental Health Services Inc. Through these roles, he created and strengthened financial operations to improve efficiency and access to care for diverse patient populations.
