MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN / ACCESS Newswire / January 6, 2026 / Multiple Listing Service Inc. (Metro MLS®) has appointed Chris Lambrou as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Lambrou has served as Metro MLS's interim CEO since April.

Lambrou has more than 26 years of experience in the multiple listing service industry. He joined Metro MLS as Chief Information Officer in April 2016 and led the organization's modernization efforts, driving innovation in technology, internal operations and outreach before assuming interim CEO responsibilities.

In addition to his work at Metro MLS, Lambrou has played a key role in MLS Aligned, a collaboration of six forward-thinking MLSs focused on advancing MLS technology. He led the development and launch of Aligned Showings, a modern showing platform used by over 150,000 users nationwide. For his contributions to real estate technology, Lambrou was named an RISMedia 2025 Newsmakers "Futurist."

Lambrou is active in the broader technology and real estate communities. He serves on the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Customer Experience Advisory Board and sits on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Realtors Association and United Way of Greater Milwaukee.

A national recognized speaker, Lambrou has presented at major industry events including Inman, CMLS, and RESO, and has delivered lectures at institutions such as Northwestern University, New York University, Marquette University, and through MIT webinars.
