About Roger Silvera
Born and raised in New York, Roger takes pride in being immersed in the community in which he lives and works. Since 1999, Tampa Bay, FL has been his home. Roger places a great focus on financial education, as he began his career as a champion advocate for financial literacy education here in the Tampa Bay area and also in communities around the country.
He spends a great deal of his time working with small business owners and executives of small to mid-size architectural firms providing workshops and webinars related to tax reduction strategies and, how taxes affect retirement strategy. Roger is a trailblazer in financial literacy education and is extremely passionate about setting an example and moving the needle in an industry where people are often underrepresented and underserved in creating sound financial strategies.
Roger believes in empowering his clients to have a seat at the table regarding their financial matters and engaging in the crucial conversations necessary to take control of their financial future.
He currently focuses on creating financial strategies for primary decision makers of small businesses in helping them to create a path towards financial wealth, empowerment, and peace.
Roger takes a holistic approach to financial services and truly believes in focusing on the overall wellness of his clients.
As a graduate of Coe College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, he also holds Series 6 and 63 FINRA registrations as well as life and variable insurance licenses. Roger also has distinguished LUTCF, FSCP, and CLTC designations.
Roger is also involved with Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, an organization near and dear to his heart.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, playing soccer trying new foods, and traveling to new places.
His ultimate goal is to create a network and community of financially savvy individuals, who can in return, continue to educate and empower one another throughout the various stages of life.
