Medalist Partners is pleased to announce that it has priced Medalist Partners Corporate Finance (MPCF) CLO VII, a Collateralized Loan Obligation ("CLO") totaling $309 million. This is the seventh deal issued by MPCF and brings current CLO AUM for the manager to approximately $1.4 billion.

The transaction has been structured with a five-year reinvestment period and was arranged by BNP Paribas. Medalist’s CLO team is led by Jeremy Phipps and Shawn O’Leary, both of whom serve as co-portfolio managers and oversee the day-to-day management of MPCF’s portfolios.
