Missouri American Water proudly announces the promotion of Jeffrey T. Kaiser as the Vice President of Operations. He will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company’s water and wastewater systems throughout the state.

Kaiser joined the American Water family in 2008. He formerly served as the Director of Engineering for Illinois American Water, Iowa American Water, and most recently for Missouri American Water since 2019.

Kaiser has more than 30 years of engineering experience and is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in the state of Missouri. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
