The Afternoon Exhibition will take place at the Bar & Lounge “Whisk” located on the 16th floor from Monday, November 14th to Friday, March 31st, limited to only 20 seats on weekdays.

As the seventh edition of the hotel’s afternoon exhibition, “Kiss” will incorporate the world of Gustav Klimt's masterpiece "The Kiss" and the culinary culture of Austria, including Vienna, where Klimt was born and raised in 8 kinds of sweets & savories, paired mocktails, and a Champagne julée parfait filled with Moët & Chandon. Enjoy the menu as an “Afternoon Exhibition” as it takes you to a gastronomic art gallery in the afternoon immersed in Klimt's world, with a spectacular waterfront view.

The intense impact of the look of Klimt's "The Kiss", one of the most iconic works of his Golden Age, is expressed in a champagne julée parfait with an abundance of Moët & Chandon.

White chocolate represents the man and woman, and crispy lemon tuile is used as the background. The lemon cream layered on top of the parfait and the champagne julée made with Moët Imperial is separated by a layer of caramel chocolate. The julée is made with champagne and white grape juice, giving it a subtle, refreshing sweetness.

The bottom layer of the parfait is composed of refreshingly sweet green apple cream and ganache accented with Calvados, an apple brandy, for a rich finish.

We offer a peach-based pairing mocktail that is mixed with grenadine syrup, rose lemonade, and Chai, the drink gives a slight sourness. Pairing with the parfait, the two will fuse into a flavor similar to Bellini, a peach and champagne-based cocktail. Enjoy a gorgeous marriage of tastes in the romantic winter season.
