The annual customer illumi Awards honor companies transforming how they design and build products and experiences with human insight
UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights, today announced the winners of the illumi Awards at its annual customer conference, The Human Insight Summit (THiS). THiS is dedicated to bringing together the entire experience research and insights community–to help them establish and grow their impact and culture at their organizations, and help them navigate best practices in scaling human insight and customer feedback within the enterprise.
Winning organizations demonstrated an ability to show the impact of experience research, and how human insight has helped their organization transform the way they design and build products and experiences.
