InvoiceCloud to Host Session at the Oracle Energy and Water Customer Edge Conference

The company will also host a session at the Oracle Utilities User Group Conference

InvoiceCloud, an EngageSmart solution for online bill payment services and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it will attend the Oracle Energy and Water Customer Edge Conference (Oracle Customer Edge) in Austin, TX on March 24-26, 2024. Oracle Customer Edge is an invitation-only event for utilities professionals to share lessons learned, best practices, and insights on the future of energy and water. InvoiceCloud collaborates with Oracle Energy and Water on joint billing and payments solutions and is a Diamond sponsor of the event.

In October 2023, InvoiceCloud announced a new integrated solution with Oracle Energy and Water to enhance the utility payment experience for joint customers. Since then, mutual water and utility customers have experienced benefits, including a reduction in staff workloads, accelerated bill payments, automatic system upgrades, and validated integrations with all Oracle Utilities Customer Information Systems (CIS) solutions.

San Jose Water, which serves approximately one million people in California, implemented InvoiceCloud in September 2023 after learning about the high adoption rates that its three affiliates achieved with the InvoiceCloud solution. InvoiceCloud’s digital engagement and payment solution seamlessly integrated with San Jose Water’s existing Oracle Utilities CIS, and San Jose Water achieved 70% electronic payment adoption in the first three months after implementation.

“With a seamless implementation process, our integrated solution with InvoiceCloud improves the overall payments experience and drives results that benefit both the employee and customer experience,” said Jeff Wright, Group Vice President, Oracle Energy and Water. “We’re excited to hear from customers like San Jose Water at the Edge conference about how our joint solution has transformed the payments experience for their billpayers.”

During the Customer Edge Conference, representatives from InvoiceCloud and San Jose Water will attend the Executive Edge Forum & Reception on March 24, which will feature a special giveaway to Executive Edge attendees. San Jose Water’s Director of Customer Information Systems Alex Hawk is hosting a session with InvoiceCloud’s Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Alliances Travis Murray on “Leveraging the Payment Journey to Increase Digital Engagement and Streamline Revenue” on Tuesday, March 26, from 3:30-4:00 p.m. CT. The session will highlight the successful implementation process the company saw with InvoiceCloud and Oracle.

Following Oracle Customer Edge, InvoiceCloud is also a Gold Sponsor for the Oracle Utilities Users Group Conference (OUUG) from March 26-28, 2024. On Wednesday, March 27, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. CT, InvoiceCloud’s Travis Murray will host a session with Scott Campbell, Manager, Customer Service & Billing at City of Carmel Utilities, IN titled “How Utility Providers Can Leverage Technology to Create a Frictionless Billing and Payments Experience.”

If you are interested in connecting with InvoiceCloud at Oracle Customer Edge 2024, please fill out this form or find the team at OUUG’s Vendor Night on Tuesday, 3/26 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. CT.
