Transaction Represents 86^th Acquisition for Leading Distributor of Foodservice Packaging and Janitorial Sanitation Products

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products, and janitorial supplies, today announced the acquisition of 3G Packaging, Inc. (“3G” or the “Company”). The transaction represents the 86^th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

3G was established in 2016 by Vince Stango following the merger of Acker-Pak and CIPS two companies in the industrial distribution industry. The Company lives by its name 3G Packaging; meaning “Great Products, Great Service and Great People”. The Company services its loyal and diverse customer base throughout upstate New York from its three locations in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse.
