Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility and equity co-investment to support the acquisition of Independent Roofing Systems (“Independent”) by Rampart Exterior Services (“Rampart”), a portfolio company of Huron Capital.

Based in Mississippi, Independent specializes in commercial roofing services, including re-roofing, installation, and repair & maintenance. Rampart was created to execute a buy-and-build strategy in commercial roofing and building exterior services for diverse end markets including government, education, healthcare, life sciences, data centers, manufacturing, and other sectors. Independent is the inaugural acquisition in this strategy.
