Festival Napa Valley Announces New Board Members and Appointment of Steven Stull as Chairman

Festival Napa Valley announced the election of three new members to its board of directors: healthcare executive Darryl B. Curry, arts advocate Jane Inch, and financial services executive Mona Tavss. Steven Stull, president and founder of Advantage Capital, has been elected Board Chairman.

“We have been fortunate to build an exceptional board of directors over the years, now numbering 30 vintners and community leaders,” said Festival Napa Valley President & CEO Rick Walker. “We are deeply grateful to Darryl, Jane, and Mona for lending their time and expertise to the Festival’s continued success. With Steven at the helm as Chairman, this group of dedicated leaders will help strengthen our programs and expand the Festival’s impact across Napa Valley and beyond.”

Steven Stull is a seasoned venture capitalist and private equity investor with more than 35 years of investment experience. He has served as director of several Advantage Capital portfolio companies, including FleetCor Technologies, HRI Properties, and OMNI Energy, and is nationally recognized for his leadership efforts in small business capital formation, particularly for businesses located in distressed or underserved communities. He has served on the Board of Directors of Festival Napa Valley since 2012.

“It’s an honor to serve as Chairman of one of the nation’s most exceptional arts organizations," said Steven Stull. “As we approach the Festival’s 20th anniversary, I look forward to building on its legacy of artistic excellence and furthering its mission to make the arts accessible to all.”
