With more than 25 years of experience, Garner brings a depth of technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient audits that help plan sponsors navigate the complexities of employee benefit compliance and reporting. A recognized specialist in EBP audits, she has led engagements for a wide range of plan types, including 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, health & welfare and ESOP plans.

A CPA licensed in Georgia, Garner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA EBP Audit Quality Committee and the Georgia Society of CPAs. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Valdosta State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Abraham Baldwin College.
