Revlon Group Holdings LLC (“Revlon” or the “Company”) today announced that Dana Medema has been appointed to the role of President, North America. She will join Revlon effective May 5, 2025, and will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michelle Peluso.

Ms. Medema has deep experience in personal care and a strong track record in business and cultural transformation. Most recently, Ms. Medema served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health – North America at Philips, where she was accountable for driving revenue, margin and profit and leading the strategic direction for the largest Personal Health region.

Geralyn Breig, who joined Revlon in 2023 as President, North America to lead the region’s transition out of bankruptcy will now return to her corporate board work. She will support Ms. Medema’s transition through the month of May.

Dana Medema Biography

Ms. Medema has over 20 years of global Fast-Moving Consumer Goods experience leading businesses for Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive and Philips across both North America and Europe. During her career, she has built a reputation for business turnarounds grounded in brand building, operational excellence, innovation acceleration and talent development.

Most recently, Ms. Medema served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health – North America at Philips. Joining in 2022, she led the company’s largest Personal Health region, overseeing end-to-end business performance across the U.S. and Canada, including sales, marketing, finance and supply chain. In this leadership capacity, she focused on accelerating growth and building a more entrepreneurial, consumer-centric approach across the division’s three core categories: Oral Healthcare, Mother & Childcare/Women’s Health, and Grooming & Beauty. She also championed efforts to expand access to preventative health solutions and advance health equity across the region.

Prior to joining Philips, Ms. Medema held several key executive roles during her nearly 20-year career at the Colgate-Palmolive Company. Her experience spans roles leading global, regional and local teams across several business units and countries, including Switzerland and Germany. Her early work experience in global logistics and transportation helped her to manage global manufacturing and supply chain complexities.

Ms. Medema earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. She resides in New York City with her husband and daughter.
