Since joining Red Arts, Kelly has played a significant role in deal sourcing, investment execution, and strategic portfolio support. His contributions have been instrumental in advancing the firm’s continued success and growth.

Prior to joining Red Arts Capital, Kelly served as an Associate at New York-based investment firm Crestview Partners. He was also Vice President for Strategic Projects at Hornblower, a Crestview portfolio company operating within the ferry and cruise sector. Kelly began his professional career at Morgan Stanley, where he gained substantial experience in the credit and investment banking divisions.
