Amberjack Capital Partners (“Amberjack”), a Houston-based private equity firm focused on critical infrastructure services, today announced the successful sale of its portfolio company Entegra to NDT Global. Entegra is a premium integrity and inspection company specializing in Ultra-High-Resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (“UHR MFL”) in-line pipeline inspection services. NDT Global is a leading provider of advanced diagnostic inspection and integrity solutions for the energy sector. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In 2016, Amberjack partnered with the Entegra team to accelerate the Company’s development into a leading provider of technology-enabled integrity solutions for pipeline infrastructure. Under Amberjack’s ownership, Entegra experienced significant growth, solidified its market leadership position, and expanded its technological capabilities. Today, Entegra is recognized globally for its high-performance tools, raising the bar for pipeline safety and reliability.
