Texas Pacific Land Corporation (NYSE: TPL) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company invites shareholders to attend an office and water field visit in Midland, Texas. The event will be held on Monday, May 18^th, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.

The event will be held at TPL’s Midland office located at 15 Smith Rd., Suite 2012, Midland TX 79705.

An RSVP is required to attend. To submit an RSVP, shareholders should visit the Events section of the Company’s website and fill out the associated form or provide attendee (i) first name, (ii) last name, (iii) email, and (iv) phone number to IR@texaspacific.com.

A liability waiver will be required to attend the Midland Yard field tour. A waiver will be provided during the Midland office visit.
