Ajith brings more than 30 years of experience in power electronics, electrification, and energy storage to a role that sits at the heart of what Alderbuck is building. His background spans the full arc of what the power electronics industry has gone through over the past three decades, from early motor drive development to the latest SiC semiconductor developments, EV propulsion systems, and now the transition to next-generation solid-state power infrastructure for the grid.

Ajith holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Marquette University, and undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Moratuwa and Louisiana State University respectively. He holds three US patents and has published across IEEE conferences and journals.
