Xumo, a free internet television service owned by Comcast, has announced the launch of its new linear channel, FOOD TV.

FOOD TV will include television programs and personalities such as Anthony Bourdain (A Cook’s Tour), (No Reservations), Lidia’s Kitchen with Lidia Bastianich, Baking with Julia (with Julia Child), Gordon’s Great Escape with Gordon Ramsay, and much more!

FOOD TV will also feature an extensive collection of Brindiamo! with Ornella Fado, a multi-award-winning lifestyle and cooking-travel show with an Italian flair. Brindiamo!, which means “Let’s Toast” in Italian, initially began to air in 2005 on NYC-TV Channel 25; the show is one of the longest-running shows on NYC LIFE. Several seasons are currently available on TUBI TV and Amazon Prime. Brindiamo! It is the only television show dedicated to authentic Italian restaurants and lifestyles. The Executive Producer and TV hostess Ornella Fado is committed to keeping her native culture alive by offering a gourmet collection of fun and informative programming in English with a glimmer of Italian. Ms. Fado is very excited to work with Xumo and FOOD TV.
