This Biotechnology ETF Fails Its First Post-Breakout Test

The iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF finally broke out above resistance from its downtrending 50-day moving average on Oct. 28. Unfortunately, the breakout failed its first test and stopped cold at the low of the “Clinton Bash” from September 21st.
