BREAKING: Kansas City Southern receives $33.7B offer from Canadian National

Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. and Kansas City Southern previously said its transaction had an enterprise value of approximately $29 billion. Canadian National Railway Co.'s offer increases the enterprise value by about 16% and doubles the cash consideration being offered to shareholders.
