How Professionals are Stressing out ReGrouping to a Normal Life

By: PRLog

FORT WORTH, Texas - May 11, 2021 - PRLog -- Dr. Stacia Alexander, America's #1 Success Strategist in Human behavior, stresses the importance of not getting mentally "Burned out" as we work to "regroup" and get back to an everyday life a year after COVID-19. Dr. Stacia is a professional in the mental health industry for over 20 years. She recognizes many people globally are still suffering from high levels of stress due to lack or little income, lack of socialization, non-goal accomplishments, life balance with family, work, personal life, and so much more. And still dealing with the wrath of COVID-19. "Professionals are not reaching their goals, and finding themselves stuck in a scared or negative bubble and not understanding why," says Dr. Stacia. There are strategies and models to follow, which she teaches.

Although this is a global issue, statistics show women have suffered significant levels of stress and burnout, finding it difficult for women to maintain a balance between work, home, and achieving goals. In her Success Strategies workshops, she incorporates four comprehensive and balance levels of wellness: Relationships, Professional, Spirituality, and Self-Care. These four levels of wellness are an intriguing part of human behavior, and if not identified and worked on in a cohesive and structured manner, success will be difficult to achieve and maintain.

Dr. Stacia spoke at many conferences globally and addressed critical topics on Mental Health. Her Signature Keynotes are The Emotionality of Success, The Difference between Mental Illness and Mental Health, Four Components of Accountability to Maximize Productivity in Life, and Why Am I so Cranky- Helping Women Understand the Psychology Behind Hormones. Now is the time to focus on addressing breaking the stress levels. According to an article in the EconomicTimes, women's mental issues are soaring, especially at the workplace, resulting in more stress and more drinking. Dr. Stacia strategically works with women on that burnout phase to develop a more realistic approach to better days, goal setting, and accomplishing their goals, turning burnout into building fuel.

About Dr. Stacia Alexander is a doctorate-level licensed professional counselor who has owned and operated a private group mental health practice for 20 years. She has spearheaded programs helping almost 20,000 individuals and families in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. As the Clinical Director for Paul Quinn College's Mental Health and Wellness Clinic, she has developed programming to help students understand the importance of addressing mental health even when they are not in crisis mode. Mental health advocacy is a passion she maintained throughout her career. Dr. Stacia works with professionals and high achievers who deal with the stressors of success without truly understanding the impact it has on their mental health. Her passion for helping people understand the importance of addressing all aspects of success, positive and negative, as a tool for handling those difficult times - which are more often than not why people are distracted and fail to meet their goals. She helps people change the dialogue from mental illness to mental health to create a much more accepting environment for accessing preventive care.
