REPORT: Former TARC leader cost organization nearly $2M from sexual, financial misconduct

The report released Wednesday is the second public probe into former Transit Authority of River City Executive Director Ferdinand Risco since he left the public transportation company in February 2020 due to sexual misconduct allegations.
