Moore has more than 25 years of senior management experience, most recently leading consulting marketing in the United States for one of the Big 4. Her career includes leadership roles at several start-ups in technology services where she helped drive exponential growth; two of these firms were acquired by large enterprises.

As Chief Marketing Officer of EquaTerra, Lee Ann led a global team responsible for research, communications, marketing, sales support, and third-party relationships for this premier brand before it was acquired by one of the Big 4. For the last decade, she led marketing for the consulting division within one of the Big 4 focused on helping clients leverage digital technology to drive performance. Prior to that, she was Director of Business Development at SourceNet Solutions and was involved in sales, product development, and client implementations. Her early career began in commercial banking, where she reached the level of Vice President for several major banks.
