BAE Systems Named One of America’s Best Employers for Women by Forbes

Forbes has recognized BAE Systems, Inc. as one of “America’s Best Employers for Women” for 2021, one of only 300 companies selected. Forbes and its partner, statistics portal and industry ranking provider Statista, evaluated the companies through an independent survey of 50,000 employees across two dozen industries, including more than 30,000 women.

Out of the 14 current members of BAE Systems, Inc.’s Senior Leadership Team, eight are women.
