The CRB is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official designation of the National Association of Realtors. John Chiappolini joins an elite group of real estate professionals worldwide who have earned the CRB designation. All candidates must complete a comprehensive program combining experience with management education and subscribe to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
John Chiappolini serves as the WVO’s Corporate Principal Broker in California. As the Principal Broker, John oversees corporate regulations and compliance requirements issued by the California Department of Real Estate. John also leads WVO’s supervision and licensing protocols for the licensees employed by WVO in California. Additionally, he has earned three National Association of Realtors advanced education designations: (RSPS) Resort Secondary Property Specialist, (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and (GRI) Graduate Real Estate Institute. Finally, in 2021 Chiappolini received two credentials from Cornell University’s e-Cornell Certificate programs, first in Business Law sponsored by Cornell Law School with a second credential in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell’s University’s S.C. Johnson College of Business. Additionally, in April 2021, Chiappolini was accepted into the 2022 Harvard Business School Executive Education Program for Real Estate Management, Leadership, Finance, and Design. Chiappolini graduated from the Novato Leadership Institute Class of 2002.
