Brad Smith joins CareBridge Health as executive chairman

CareBridge was formed early last year by a group of former Aspire executives, including former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, with the help of a $40 million round of funding led by Greenwich, Connecticut-based venture capital firm Oak HC/FT.
