Tenet subsidiary acquires SurgCenter Development in $1.2 billion deal

Tenet Healthcare and its subsidiary United Surgical Partners International entered into a definitive agreement with SurgCenter Development that includes ownership in 92 ambulatory surgery centers and other related services.
