On March 18th, the trending card game DracooMaster launched an online event named “The Call of Dracoo Challenge” on Snack Video, a top-level short-video creation and sharing platform, aiming at presenting the charm of card games to more video users. The challenge event has prepared a substantial amount of prizes for participants, including Polaroid cameras, speakers, Amazon gift cards, as well as codes that can be used to redeem for in-game items in DracooMaster. Those who participate all have a chance to win these prizes by catching Dracoo stickers during video shooting to complete a Dracoo transformation.
Earlier this month (March 12th), DracooMaster launched a similar challenge event on another short-video platform Likee (Indonesia region), which quickly went viral on the Internet. By drawing cards, users can summon a Dracoo of a random race and go through the transformation process. Both of the two challenge events have attracted multiple key opinion leaders on the platforms to participate, in which triggered a wave of “Dracoo summoning” in Indonesia.
What stood out in these two events that managed to attract public attention is undoubtedly the adorable Dracoo characters and the card elements of the game- two of the highlights of DracooMaster that users find the most fascinating. In addition, the game also features a classic PVP arena mode, where the game allows players to engage themselves in head-to-head combats against other players all around the world, and a thrilling PVE adventure mode, where players go on an adventurous journey to explore the mysterious Sacred Peak and defeat enemies using strategies and skills in different stages. What’s even more fascinating is the game’s breeding feature, which allows two Dracoos to produce their offspring – a new Dracoo with unique physical characteristics who also inherits some biological traits from its parents.
As a project under the metaverse concept in a new era, DracooMaster offers much more than what conventional video games do. Not only does the game boast strategic card battles, intense arena combats, thrilling adventures and tens of thousands of character image combinations, it also has a complete community trade system that allows in-game items and characters to be freely traded on the blockchain.
As an NFT trading card game, what differentiates DracooMaster from other NFT games is that DracooMaster is more mature in terms of NFT settings. The pets inside the game carry NFT properties – not only can they be sent to battles, they are also collectable and tradable. They are not just characters inside the game; outside the game, they are assests as well. They can be traded on the chain, and as they level up or evolve, their value will also increase. With such a rich gameplay content and a well-organized monetization channel, the game has been deemed by many to overtake Axie Infinity as the next leader in the card game industry.
The challenge events held on the two video platforms are the same in terms of gameplay- summoning Dracoos, creating a team, and embarking on an adventure to the mysterious land of Zechariah. For now, those who want to see what it’s like to be wearing Dracoo components can still search #callofdracoo on Snack Video’s homepage to participate in video shootings, and start their adventure when DracooMaster officially releases its public beta which, by the way, is just around the corner.
