St Louis Identity Theft Attorney Cook Law, LLC Launches New and Improved Website

By: Get News

Credit repair and Identity theft Lawyer Matt Cook of Cook Law, LLC has just launched the firm’s new website. Those at this St Louis-based law practice say it should give their clients a much-improved all-around user experience. They used input from everyone at the practice as well as a select group of past clients to help make the new website as up-to-date, comprehensive, and easy to use as possible.

Firm founder Attorney Matt Cook had this to say about why they decided to make and launch a new website, “After taking a closer look at our website, we felt that it did not offer a good experience to our site visitors. To serve our clients and the general public better, we decided that instead of trying to fit new and improved aspects of the practice into the old website platform, it was best just to start over from scratch and build an entirely new website. We could not be more pleased with how the new website has turned out. Early reviews from our customers show they are happy with how informative and simple to use the new website is.”

Mr. Cook added when they set out to build the new website, they did it with several goals in mind. He said one of them was to give their clients not only an updated look visually, but also more organized content. Another goal was to improve the website page loading speed to give their customers a more satisfying user experience. Cook also went on to mention that since many of their clients now access the website from their phones or other smart devices, they made sure the new website was made with a focus on providing a better mobile experience as well.

Cook says that one aspect of the new website that got a lot of attention was the description of the practice areas. The firm focuses on credit repair and helping identity theft victims restore their good names, reputations, and credit after their identities have been stolen. The website goes into much more detail on this subject matter than the previous website did. A good example is how in-depth the website goes to explain that in a lot of cases, clients will not have to incur any costs to be represented. Cook explains, “what most people don’t realize is that if they have a case, the firm may be able to take them on a contingency basis, meaning no money out of pocket for the consumer.” He added, “we can often help our clients recover money losses as well as resolve any other injuries they’ve suffered as a result of the identity theft.” Mr. Cook has had a lot of success in his history as a consumer rights lawyer, as evidenced by the large number of reviews posted online by past clients.

The new website also provides educational content, such as articles on topics like incorrect credit reporting, disputes with credit bureaus, background checks, and mixed credit files. “An educated consumer is our best client,” says Mr. Cook. “We want everyone to understand their rights and we fight passionately to defend those rights.”

Cook says that those who want to learn more about how their firm can help with credit or identity theft issues should feel free to call them, send them an email or use the form on the “contact us” page to schedule a free consultation.
