Pennsylvania to invest $200 million for expansion of passenger rail service between Pittsburgh and New York City

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf announced an investment of more than $200 million to be made over the coming years that will lead to an additional daily route passenger train connecting the two cities.
