NBA Attorney James Carter Joins Bridge 2 Technologies For Global Intellect Summit

By: Issuewire

Prestigious Summit for global professionals hosted by black-owned technology company

New York City, New York Jun 28, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Bridge 2 Technologies' founder Eric Kelly hosted a Global Intellect Summit that included Nasdaq's notable bell ringing ceremony on Wednesday June 22, 2022, at NASDAQ World Headquarters.

This global summit allowed a vast array of professionals to connect and network through a variety of workshops that promoted global partnerships, implementation of unique business strategies, and most importantly diversity, equity and inclusion.

"Bridge 2 Technologies will continue to host important events such as this to further promote positive change throughout the global technology community," said Eric Kelly.  He added, "We assembled an outstanding group representing a cross-section of board members, executives and thought leaders from various industries to address the compounding effects of the digital divide, including the expansion of diverse businesses, the workforce gap, economic inequality, the lack of access to capital and influential mentorship to fuel growth, and we are pleased that Attorney James Carter agreed to join us."

Attorney James Carter, managing partner of the Cochran Firm Trials & Mass Torts, was one of the 'thought leaders' selected to ring the NASDAQ bell. James Carter is a nationally recognized civil trial attorney who is known for winning multiple million-dollar cases and is leaving a positive footprint in communities around the globe.

Carter has elite memberships in the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Litigation Counsel of America. He is a Civil Trial Litigation Adjunct Professor at Howard University School of Law and sits on the Howard University School of Law Board of Visitors. Carter's contributions to the legal world have been praised by his peers, clients, and fellow business professionals, and he is now diving-in to effect change as it relates to the digital divide throughout the legal community - particularly communities of color.

"It is truly an honor to have been tapped to be a part of a ceremony that symbolizes and recognizes the importance of global unity amongst professionals from various backgrounds," said Attorney Carter.  He added, "As we engage in conversations about Juneteenth, it is a reminder of the consequences of untimely access to crucial information. Eric Kelly and his team are bridging this gap and creating access to opportunities."

B2T founder Eric Kelly is an accomplished global technology board director and founder of various global companies. Bridge 2 Technologies' mission is to build a global and inclusive ecosystem where industry leaders connect with partners, businesses professionals,  educators, and mentors, leveraging technology as the accelerator to scale.

Kelly will join James Carter and other legal professionals during the National Bar Association's "Diversity in Tech" CLE block of seminars, to be held July 27th during the NBA 97th Annual Convention in Memphis, TN.
