New Podcast Takes Menopause From Hot Flashes to Fresh Start

Dilyana Mileva’s podcast will activate the power of midlife, reclaim your vitality, and take the stage of a fresh new start as the leading lady of your life.

Denver, CO, USA – July 28, 2022 – Dilyana Mileva, Founder and CEO of Menopause Support Academy and Menopause Health Mastery online program, is on a mission to educate and empower women during premenopause and menopause to find their purpose, passion, and pleasure. She teaches the Successful Sleep Formula, which results in deeper and restful sleep, and, in direct correlation, more energy during the transition period of menopause.

In a new podcast ‘Make Easy Menopause’, Mileva interviews experts, community leaders, and female entrepreneurs after 40-50 years of age about how to make the second half the best half of your life. The idea of helping women with their physical, emotional, and mental health while navigating the changes of menopause was born with the idea of using yogic tools, breathing, mindfulness, meditation, movement, and other holistic modalities. The Menopause Support Academy is an online school for women going into perimenopause and menopause where they can find tools and strategies to manage the symptoms of menopause in a natural way.

“This is a safe space to express themselves and find the support that they need to navigate challenges in menopause with more ease and grace,” explained Dilyana. “In the Menopause Support Academy, women can find online courses, libraries, and other resources.”

Dilyana started experiencing some of the symptoms of perimenopause as she entered her early 40s. Being misdiagnosed with stress and anxiety was a key moment in her career. She took time out to do research and understand the changes taking place. As Dilyana began to adapt her lifestyle and her personal practice for these changes, she was able to stay grounded and focused in harmony with all. Seeing these results in herself, she knew that the same results were possible for everyone.
