Mesa-based EV startup Atlis Motor Vehicles announced on Tuesday that it had gained conditional approval to list its shares on the Nasdaq, but the company faces an uphill battle before bringing its vehicles to the market, according to its latest filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
