CANADA VISA FOR AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS

CANADA VISA FOR SWISS CITIZENS

Swiss citizens, along with 57 other nationalities, are exempt from applying for a Canada visa when traveling there for short visits. However, if you are entering the country by air, you must apply for a Canadian ETA prior to departure. This means that Swiss citizens do not need a visa to visit Canada. Instead, Swiss citizens must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Canadian authorities introduced the eTA in 2015 to pre-screen and expedite foreign visitors entering the country the application process. Canada's electronic travel authorization can only be used by travelers entering Canada through the airport. It is easy to apply for an eTA online from anywhere in the world using a desktop, tablet or mobile device. Authorization is quick and easy, and is sent securely and electronically to the applicant's email address. Swiss citizens must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization or eTA.

CANADA VISA FOR NORWEGIAN CITIZENS

Norwegian citizens traveling to Canada must obtain travel authorization before entering the country. This process has been greatly simplified since the Canadian government introduced the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) system in 2016. Norwegian citizens must apply for a Canadian travel permit. eTA visa to enter Canada for visits of up to 90 days for tourism, commercial, transit or medical purposes. It is now possible to obtain a Canadian e-Visa Waiver from Norway exclusively online via the simple eTA application, eliminating the need to visit a Canadian Embassy or Consulate to apply for a travel authorization in person. An approved Norway eTA is a multiple-entry travel authorization that allows the holder a total stay of 6 months in Canada with each entry. All Norwegian travelers must have a Canadian visa before legally entering the country. If you plan to travel there by air instead, you will need to apply for an ETA from Canada.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO APPLY?

• Passport – all applicants who wish to obtain a Canada ETA must be passport holders. However, before you apply, check your passport’s expiry date because it needs to maintain its validity for at least another 6 months from the date of arrival in Canada.
• E-mail address – while the Canada ETA is electronically linked to your passport, you will receive a copy of the authorization via e-mail in PDF format. You are not required to have a physical copy on you, but you can still print one out just in case you need it.
• Means of payment – you can use a credit/debit card or PayPal account.

CANADA VISA FOR CZECH CITIZENS
