Pulama Lanai to design microgrid for Four Seasons Resort Lanai and Sensei Lanai

The resorts represent 40% of Lanai’s energy load, and the plan “raises a great deal of uncertainty around the future needs for Lanai,” Rebecca Dayhuff Matsushima, vice president of resource procurement at Hawaiian Electric Company, said in a letter to the PUC on Sept. 28.
