Former Yolo Food Bank Executive Director Michael Bisch is suing a number of officials from the city and county governments in Yolo County, alleging that they threatened to withhold funding from the food bank and pressured the food bank board of directors to fire him in retaliation for his whistleblowing on their implementation of a state food security law.
