RESTON, Va. - June 20, 2023 - PRLog -- Work 365, a leading subscription and billing management solution, announced an integration with Crayon, a world leader in IT services.

The integration enables Microsoft Partners to leverage Crayon's Cloud Management and Self-Service capabilities with Work 365's advanced billing management and subscription tracking capabilities. The two-way integration built in partnership with Crayon and Work 365 leverages Crayon's APIs and synchs entities such as customers, subscriptions, subscription changes, and agreements.

The integration will simplify and streamline provisioning with Crayon's Cloud iQ platform and consolidate subscription billing and invoicing for Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and MSPs on Dynamics 365 CRM. In addition, it will help sales, operations, and finance teams eliminate billing errors with automated subscription provisioning with Crayon.

The integration resulted from a joint endeavor between Crayon, IOTAP, and Tigloo, a Microsoft Dynamics partner and user of Work 365. Partners such as Tigloo can now provide more value to their end customers by offering a self-service platform and simplifying their invoicing and billing operations. Partners can now use Dynamics to manage billing relationships and subscriptions, automatically provision CSP subscriptions through Cloud-iQ, and generate invoices aligning billing with sales.

"The objective benefited both parties because the tool facilitates the management of the acquisition and withdrawal of customer subscriptions, provisioning the licenses in their instances, and registering or canceling the licenses in the Crayon portal.
