Pritzker vetoes measure granting Ameren authority over transmission line construction

Gov. J.B. Pritzker on Wednesday vetoed a measure that would have granted existing utilities in downstate Illinois, notably Ameren Illinois, the “right of first refusal” for transmission line construction.
